the whole business.

Independent counsel for college and high school athletes, and for creators building a business on their own name. Almost every deal you are sent was drafted entirely by the other side. We read it before you are bound by it.

NIL Agreement Review

We find what the template was built to hide — perpetual rights, exclusivity that blocks the next four deals, deliverables with no ceiling, payment terms with no date.

Ownership & Licensing

You should be granting a licence, not making a sale. We structure deals so the brand gets a defined window and you keep the library.

Staying Monetizable

Compliance & Disclosure

FTC endorsement rules, music and image licensing, and COPPA — the exposures that reach the creator directly, not just the brand.

The Long Deal

Ongoing Partnerships

Retainers, ambassadorships and affiliate structures — plus the morality and termination clauses that decide how a partnership ends.

Long-Term Value

Own it on paper.

Trademarking your name, handle or logo, structuring the licensing, and making sure no agreement you sign quietly hands a piece of it away. This is the work that matters most and gets done least.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I really need a lawyer for one NIL deal?

The first deal sets the terms of every deal after it. Exclusivity, content ownership and term length in a single agreement routinely block opportunities a year out — which is why the brand’s template is written the way it is.

How does this affect my NCAA or high school eligibility?

Agreements get structured and documented to align with current NCAA guidance and your state’s high school association rules, including the disclosure your school requires.

What is whitelisting, or paid amplification?

It lets a brand run paid advertising from your handle, using your content and your name. It is not inherently bad — but it needs a defined scope, duration and channel list, or you have handed over your account as an ad platform indefinitely.

Who owns the content I make for a brand?

You should. Most templates say otherwise. We structure the deal so the brand receives a clear, limited licence rather than a buyout of work you will want to use again.

Can you rush a review?

Yes. Expedited review is available — say your deadline when you first contact us, not after.

Do you work with athletes and creators nationwide?

Yes, by video consultation, tracking school, conference and state-level rules as they change.

What does it cost?

Flat fees, quoted before we start. NIL and brand deal reviews are priced per agreement, with subscriptions available for athletes and creators with steady deal flow. We do not take a percentage of your deals — our fee does not change based on what you sign.
